Two Bedroom Two Full Bath, listed as 1200+ SF, However I've lived in several 1200 SF apartments and this feels alot bigger. Large, open living/dining area and open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, garbage disposal) with breakfast bar and utility room (w/d connections) downstairs.
Climb 8 stairs to the first bedroom which measures 13.5 X 11.5 ft with a 7.5 X 4.5 ft walk in closet. There is a full Bath on this level which has a door leading to the stairs, and a door to the bedroom. We just left the door to the stairs locked, and each had our own master bedroom with private bath.
Turn the corner and climb 6 stairs to the 2nd Bedroom which is approx. 19.5 X 12 ft with 2 large closets at the end of the room. This is the master bedroom and has a recessed area for the sink and mirror with plenty of cabinets/storage. The shower and toilet are in a separate room. This room also has a loft which runs the length of the room and is approx. 5.5 feet wide. I currently have a Queen Bed up there and use the bedroom part below for an office/weight room, but the loft could be storage or sleeping area for 3rd roommate.
- Each Bedroom has its own Bathroom. Both bathrooms are shower/tub combos. There is a true master upstairs (with loft), but the middle bedroom has direct access to the bathroom, and the door to the stairs can be locked. We just left it locked and so we have basically 2 master bedrooms.
- Both rooms are large and have plenty of closet space.

This apt/condo/duplex/townhouse, I don't know what to call it, is absolutely perfect for 2 or 3 roommates in college or working. 40 seconds from mopac, and then you are anywhere in austin in 10 minutes easy. Perfect location. I would have definitely stayed here the rest of my time in Austin, but my Roomate is moving in w/ his girlfriend, and I'd like to be closer to work.
